আনসারুল্লাহদের বই ‘উন্মুক্ত তরবারী’র উন্মাদনার নূরাণী আলোকপাত এবং আমার জবাব

কিছুদিন আগে নিঝুম মজুমদার তাঁর এক ফেইসবুক পোষ্টে লিখেছিলেন তাঁর বিশ্বাস দোল খেয়ে উঠেছে উন্মুক্ত তরবারী পাঠ করে। বিশ্বাস দোল খাওয়া ভালো, যুক্তি স্থান পায় আর হয়তো সেই সুযোগেই আরো একজন মানব সন্তান আলোর মুখোমুখি হয়। যারা কোরআন-হাদীস নাম শুনেই আলোচনা বা সমালোচনায় মেতে উঠেন তাদের বলি যুক্তির লন্ঠন নিয়ে যে কোন পাঠই আশির্বাদ। উন্মুক্ত তরবারী পড়ে শেষ করলাম। সেই সাথে উন্মুক্ত তরবারীর রুহ-মহিরুহদের বিভিন্ন কির্তীময় সাইট, আর ডিজিটাল পান্ডিত্য দেখে “মেরে জী গাবরা উঠা”। ভাই জানেরা তরবারী খাপে বন্ধ রাখেন কেননা আপনার শিকওয়ার জবাব আমি দিচ্ছি তাই আমার জবাবে শিকওয়া শুনুন।

শিকওয়া, জওয়াব-ই- শিকওয়া আওর খুলুসিয়াতে ঊন্মুক্ত তরবারী...

অনেকেই জেনে থাকবেন, পাকিস্তানের জাতীয় কবি ইকবাল সাহেবের বিখ্যাত রচনা শিকওয়া (১৯০৯) ছিলো মুসলমানদের ব্যথিত হ্রদয়ের রুনাজারী আর জবাব-ই- শিকওয়া (১৯১৩) ছিলো মুসলমানদের আল্লাহর তরফ থেকে কল্পিত প্রতিউত্তর। উন্মুক্ত তরবারীর জবাব লিখতে বসেছি বলে ভাববেন না, আপনাদের প্রোপাগান্ডার জবাব-ই শিকওয়া লিখে আমরা আপনাদের আল্লাহর পদে গদিনশীন হতে চাইছি।

পাঁচটি অধ্যায়ে সমাপ্ত উন্মুক্ত তরবারীর প্রথম অধ্যায়ে ইসলামের নবীর গুণগান আর চরিত্রের প্রশংসা পত্র ভরপুর। দ্বিতীয় অধ্যায়ে বিভিন্ন ব্লগার, মুক্তমনা লিখকদের লিখার কাটপিস। তৃতীয় অধ্যায়ে কাফের মুরতাদদের কিতালের বয়ান। চতূর্থ অধ্যায়ে আপামর মুসলামানদের ম্যাডকাউ রোগে আক্রান্ত হবার আহবান। পঞ্চম অধ্যায়ে আবারো কেন মুসলমানদের ভ্যাম্পায়ার হতে হবে তাঁর হাশিয়া।

উন্মুক্ত তরবারীর শুরুতেই নাতিদীর্ঘ যে প্রক্লেমেশন উদৃত্ত্ব হয়েছে তা ধরেই জানতে চাই তুমি কেমন মুসলমান হে জসীমুদ্দি ? সর্বাধিক সত্য কথা আল্লাহর, সর্বাধিক উত্তম আদর্শ মুহাম্মদের, সর্বাধিক মন্দ কাজ কুরান-সুন্নাহ বিবর্জিত কাজ আর তোমরাই বলো, তিনি যাকে হেদায়েত দান করেন কেউ তাকে গোমরাহ করতে পারে না, আর তিনি যাকে গোমরাহ হতে দেন কেউ তাকে হেদায়েত দিতে পারেনা...

লাগবাগ দেড়শো কোটির মুসলমানকে যেই আল্লাহ গোমারাহ হতে দেন তাঁর বাগিচায় চামচিকা দিয়ে পূর্ণ হবে তা কি তিনি জানতে পারছেন না ? দোযখের কথা বলেইতো তুমি জানিয়ে দিলে মুমিন-মুমিনাদের বাইরেও মানুষ থাকবে, তবে কেন প্রশ্নকে ভয় পাও ? মানুষের প্রাণ নিতে কিংবা নিজের প্রাণ দিতে তুমি যতোটা উতলা, প্রশ্নের জবাব দিতে ততোটা উতলা কেন হওনা ? কেন তোমার মনে একই গানা বাজানা বেজে চলে নিরন্তর, ইহুদী-নাসারা বসে আছে শুধু মুসলমানদের ধাওয়া দিতে ? কেন ভুলে যাও সংখ্যায় ওরা প্রায় পাঁচগুণ বেশী ! আখি খোল আর দেখ যা কিছু হচ্ছে সব বিজনেস, এখানে সংঘাত বিশ্বাসের নয়। তোমার তরবারী খাপে বন্দি রাখো পাছে না তোমার ইয়ে কেটে যায়। রইলো বাকি বাংলাদেশ রাষ্ট্র, বাংলাদেশ পাকিস্তান, সৌদির মত ইসলামি কোন রাষ্ট্র নয়, এখানের আসমান-জমীন এতোটাই উদার যে তোমায় সুযোগ দিয়েছে মুসলিম হবার এবং সংখ্যাধিক্যের বিজয়ে নিজ আইন প্রণয়নের তাই উন্মুক্ত তরবারী ছাড়ো আর ঘরের ছেলে মানুষ হয়ে ফিরে আসো। 

প্রথম অধ্যায়ে যেখানে ইসলামের নবীর চারিত্রিক গুণের কথা বলা হয়েছে, সেই সকল গুণকে প্রতিষ্ঠিত করতে অমুসলিমদের কথা নিয়ে আসা হয়েছে, কেন আপনারা সেই সকল কথা আনলেন না যেখানে অমুসলিমগণ ইসলামের নবীকে সমালোচনা করেছেন, কেন ? কেন একই সাথে বললেন না, ইহুদী, খৃষ্ঠান, পৌত্তলিকদের সম্পর্কে মহানবী কি বলেছেন ? কেন ইসলামের নবীর চরিত্র চিত্রিত করতে অমুসলিমদের প্রয়োজন হয় ? যদি কারো প্রসংশা গ্রহণ করা যায় তবে কেন তাদের সমালোচনা বা প্রশ্ন নিতে পারো না, হে মুসলিম ? ভুলে গিয়েছ কি কোরান-হাদীসের গল্প, আদম কে সকল জ্ঞান দেয়া হলো যাতে সে উত্তর করতে পারে, তাঁর শ্রেষ্ঠত্ব জাহির করতে পারে। সম্মান প্রশ্নের উত্তরে কারো কাটা গলায় নয়। যদিও আমরা আল্লাহর পক্ষপাত দুষ্টতাকে এখানে আনতে চাইনা। আজকাল ইউটিউব আর নানা সাইটে গেলেই যে সব নব্য স্কলারদের এই হাদীস জাল, ঐ আয়াত ভীন্ন অর্থ করে বলে প্রচার করেন সে সবের প্রেক্ষিতে উত্তর কর সেই সকল মুসলানের যারা নিচের মতামত রেখেছেন।

The permanent committee for scientific research and religious sanctions [in Saudi Arabia] has looked onto the request of Abu Abdallah Mohammed Al Shamry which was sent to the committee from the general secretariat of the Committee of Higher Scholars number 1809 date 3/5/1421. The requester asked the following: 

Lately, it has spread on a large scale, especially in weddings, the habit of thighing little boys; what is the ruling of the Quran on this? Especially, that God’s Messenger (may peace be upon him) has thighed Ayesha (may God be pleased with her). 

The committee, after studying the request, has ruled the following: 

It is not the true guidance of Muslims throughout centuries to resort to the use of these unlawful practices, which were imported to our countries through the immoral videos that are being sent by the infidels and enemies of Islam. As for the thighing of the messenger of God to his fiancée Ayesha, she was six years old and he could not engage in sexual intercourse with her because of her young age, therefore he used to place his penis between her thighs and rub it lightly. In addition, the messenger of God had full control of his penis in contrary to the believers. Therefore, it is not permitted to practice thighing, whether in weddings, or at homes, or schools, due to its grave harm. And may God curse the infidels who brought these practices to our countries. – Faith Freedom, Sept. 23, 2011 

A man can have sexual pleasure from a child as young as a baby. However, he should not penetrate vaginally, but sodomising the child is acceptable. If a man does penetrate and damage the child then, he should be responsible for her subsistence all her life. This girl will not count as one of his four permanent wives and the man will not be eligible to marry the girl’s sister… It is better for a girl to marry at such a time when she would begin menstruation at her husband’s house, rather than her father’s home. Any father marrying his daughter so young will have a permanent place in heaven.

» A man can have sex with animals such as sheep, cows, camels and so on. However, he should kill the animal after he has his orgasm. He should not sell the meat to the people in his own village, but selling the meat to a neighbouring village is reasonable.

» If one commits the act of sodomy with a cow, a ewe, or a camel, their urine and their excrement become impure and even their milk may no longer be consumed. The animal must then be killed as quickly as possible and burned.

“Thighing” [or mufakhafat] is an Islamic practice followed today in Muslim communities all over the world including in the US and Britain.

Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini, The Supreme Leader of Iran, the Shia Grand Ayatollah, 1979-89 said in his official statements recorded in The Little Green Book (“Tahrirolvasyleh”, fourth edition, Qom, Iran, 1990):

» Wine and all intoxicating beverages are impure, but opium and hashish are not.

» If a man sodomises the son, brother, or father of his wife after their marriage, the marriage remains valid.

» During sexual intercourse, if the penis enters a woman’s vagina or a man’s anus, fully or only as far as the circumcision ring, both partners become impure, even if they have not reached puberty; they must consequently perform ablutions.

» A woman who has contracted a continuing marriage does not have the right to go out of the house without her husband’s permission; she must remain at his disposal for the fulfillment of any one of his desires, and may not refuse herself to him except for a religiously valid reason. If she is totally submissive to him, the husband must provide her with her food, clothing, and lodging, whether or not he has the means to do so. A woman who refuses herself to her husband is guilty, and may not demand from him food, clothing, lodging, or any later sexual relations; however, she retains the right to be paid damages if she is repudiated.

» If a father (or paternal grandfather) marries off his daughter (or granddaughter) in her absence without knowing for a certainty that she is alive, the marriage becomes null and void as soon as it is established that she was dead at the time of the marriage.

» It is not illegal for an adult male to ‘thigh’ or enjoy a young girl who is still in the age of weaning; meaning to place his penis between her thighs, and to kiss her.

» If a man commits adultery with an unmarried woman, and subsequently marries her, the child born of that marriage will be a bastard unless the parents can be sure it was conceived after they were married. A child born of an adulterous father is legitimate.

» Ali [son in law of Mohammed], having cut off the hands of two thieves, treated their wounds and offered them his hospitality, and this affected them so much that they became utterly devoted to him; or again when he heard that the marauding army of Muawiyah had abused a woman of one of the tribes, he was so upset and moved to pity he declared: “If a man died after such an occurrence, no one could blame him.” And yet, despite a nature as sensitive as that, Ali bared his sword and hacked the perpetrators to pieces. This is the meaning of justice.

About Prophet Muhammad and his child-wife Aisha

Muhammad married Aisha when she was six years old in Mecca and she joined him in Medina three years later when he was 53. He began having sex with Aisha when she was nine years old and still playing with dolls.

This is the original story told by the ONLY valid biographers of Muhammad and Islam, Ibn Ishaq and Tabari, and the hadiths of Bukhari and Muslim. » Muhammad said that he had dreamed of Aisha before demanding her from her father, and his own brother in Islam, Abu Bakr, claiming special ‘prophets rights’ when Abu Bakr was reluctant to give her to him.

» Bukhari, Volume 7, Book 62, Number 18: Narrated ‘Ursa: The Prophet asked Abu Bakr for ‘Aisha’s hand in marriage. Abu Bakr said “But I am your brother!”

» The Prophet said, “You are my brother in Allah’s religion and His Book, but she (Aisha) is lawful for me to marry.”

» Marriage to a female already offered to another was illegal in Arab law. Abu Bakr had already arranged for Aisha to marry Djubayr Mutim.

» Muhammad married ‘A’isha in Mecca when she was a child of six and lived with her in Medina when she was nine or ten. She was the only virgin that he married. Her father, Abu Bakr, married her to him and the apostle gave her four hundred dirhams. » Tabari VII:7 “The Prophet married Aisha in Mecca three years before the Hijrah, after the death of Khadija. At the time she was six.”

» Bukhari, Volume 5, Book 58, Number 236: Narrated Hisham’s father: Khadija died three years before the Prophet departed to Medina. He stayed there for two years or so and then he married ‘Aisha when she was a girl of six years of age, and he consummated that marriage when she was nine years old.

প্রথম অধ্যায়ের শেষের দিকে সূরা তাওবার ২৪ এবং সূরা আলে ইমরানের ৬৪ আয়াতের উত্তর মুসলিম স্কলার শায়েখ সালমান আল ওদাহ’র উত্তরের সাথে শেষ করছি। বিবেচনা তোমার, জালাবে না জ্বলবে। আবারো মনে করিয়ে দিতে চাই, বাংলাদেশ কোন শরীয়া রাষ্ট্র নয়, সংখ্যাধিক্যের মতামতের রাষ্ট্র। বাংলাদেশের আইন কে সম্মান করুন আর জঙ্গিপনা ছেড়ে তরবারী খাপে বদ্ধ করুন।

The Muslims living a non-Muslim country, even if they originally entered that country by means of forged documents, are considered to be living in their adopted country under a covenant. They must, therefore, comply with the laws of their country of residence without, at the same time, disobeying Islamic Law. 

Allah says: “Oh you who believe! Fulfill (your) obligations.” [Sûrah al-Mâ’idah: 1] 

He also says: “And fulfill (every) covenant. Verily! The covenant will be questioned about.” [Sûrah al-Isrâ': 34] 

He says: “And fulfill the Covenant to Allah when you have covenanted, and break not the oaths after you have confirmed them.” [Sûrah al-Nahl: 91] 

A Muslim is not to break or violate oaths or promises. He will not be a true faithful Muslim if he does so. Allah Said: “It is not the case that every time they make a covenant, some party among them throws it aside. Nay! The truth is most of them believed not.” [Sûrah al-Baqarah: 100] 

Among the characteristics of a hypocrite is that he: “…acts treacherously toward covenants (pledges), and when entrusted he betrays.” 

Scholars have stated that those who enter non-Muslim countries have to adhere to their respective laws and regulations even if they entered those countries illegally, and they have no excuse for breaking those laws, since they were entrusted to abide by those laws upon entry into those countries.  

The eminent Hanafî jurist, Mohammad b. Hasan Al-Shaybânî writes [Biographies (2/6)]:

If it happens that a company of Muslims pass through the enemy’s front lines by deceptively pretended to be messengers of the Muslim’s Caliph carrying official documents – or if they were just allowed to pass through the enemy lines – they are not allowed to engage in any hostilities with the enemy troops. Neither are they entitled to seize any of their money or properties as long as they are in their area of authority. This also applies in case of being truly trusted by the other party.

Accordingly, we conclude the following: 

Muslims living in non-Muslim countries have to comply with laws and regulations of the country they have been entrusted though valid visas to enter. At the same time, they have to avoid whatever contradicts Islamic teachings. In case they are obliged by law to uphold something contrary to Islamic teachings, they have to adhere to the minimum that the law requires of them. 

One of the best approaches for a Muslim living in these countries is patience. As long as he agrees to live in a non-Muslim country, he is never to rebel against the inhabitants of his choice of residence, even it seems too hard for him to endure.

সময় এগিয়ে যায়, মানুষ বদলায়, নতুন এসে পুরাতনকে দিশা দেয়। দ্বিতীয় অধ্যায়ের শুরুতেই বলে নেয়া ভালো নানা মুনির যেমন নানা মত তেমনই একেক জন মানুষের প্রকাশ বা রুচি এঁকেক রকম তাই চটি লেখা ব্লগার, মাদক কে এডভোকেসি করা ব্লগার আর বিজ্ঞান ভিত্তিক মুক্তমনা ব্লগারদের এক মোড়কে এক পাকে বাধা উন্মাদনা ছাড়া কিছুনা। সেই সাথে করে স্যাটায়ার এবং এর মর্জি অনুধাবন করা জরুরী। ইসলামিক আইন অনুযায়ি, যে সকল ব্লগারদের সম্পর্কে মুমিন মুসলমানদের ব্যাপক অভিযোগ-অনুযোগ তারা কেউ মুসলমান থাকতে পারেন না তাই একজন ইসলাম ত্যাগি বা অমুসলিম ভাবনায় কেন আপনারা বিচলিত হন তা আমার জানা নেই ? আমরা কি একবারও মনে করার চেষ্টা করবো না, প্রতি শুক্রবারে, পাড়ায়-মহল্লায় ওয়াজ-মাহফিলে হিন্দু-খ্রিষ্টানদের নিয়ে দিনের পর দিন যে কটাক্ষ করা হয় তাতে তাদের দিল জ্বলে, ইহুদীদের কথা আর নাই বা বললাম, বাংলাদেশের পাসপোর্টেই ছাপ মেরে লিখে দেয়া ঐ দিকে যেয় নাকো, বলো নাকো কথা ইহুদীর সনে...

হিন্দুদের লিঙ্গ পূজা, কিংবা তাদের ব্যাক্তিগত হাইজিন নিয়ে আমাদের সমাজে যেসব কটাক্ষ হয় তাঁর সামনে ঢিলা কুলুখ নিয়ে কারো স্যাটায়ার কি খুব বেশি কিছু ? আজকের সমাজে অনুন্নত কওমি মাদ্রাসার হোষ্টেল ছাড়া আর কোথায় বেলে মাটির ঢিলা কুলুখ ব্যাবহার হয় জানেন কি ?

যা আপনার কাছে মহাপবিত্র তা অন্য কোন জনের কাছে হয়ত ভীন্ন, ঠিকই একই রকম করে অন্য কারো কোন রিচুয়াল যেভাবে আপনার কাছে অর্থহীন ঠেকে, আপনার রিচুয়াল সে হজ্জ হক আর কোরবানী বা রোজা তা আর কারও কাছে খেলো মনে হতে পারে তাই টলারেন্স বৃদ্ধির প্রচেষ্টাতেই শান্তি আসবে আর তখনই কেবল কোন একদিন মুসলমানগণ দাবী করতে পারবে ইসলামে শান্তি থাকতে পারে, শুধুই জাগো মুজাহিদ প্রকাশক ছাড়াও মুমিন-মুসলমানও কিছু আছে। 

যারা মনে করেন ব্লগারদের একমাত্র কাজ ইসলামের সমালোচনা করা তাদের প্রতি করুনা এই জন্য যে তারা আমাদের সাথে একই জমিনে অবস্থান করলেও তাদের বাস্তব বসবাস দূর পেছনের অন্য কোন শতাব্দী... পরিবেশ, শিক্ষা, মানুষের অধিকার, রোগ-ব্যাধি, বিজ্ঞান, ধর্ম, আইন, খেলাধূলা সহ শত শত বিষয়ে ব্লগ লিখেন এমন কি মাদ্রাসা শিক্ষিত জনদের কল্যাণেও ব্লগারগন ব্লগ লিখেন। ব্লগার মানেই ইসলাম বিরোধী নয় এবং ব্লগারগণ অন্তত আমার জানামতে ইহুদী-নাসারা গণ কতৃক পেইড ব্লগার এই গাল গল্পের কোন ভিত্তি নেই। যারা বিশ্বাস করেন এসাইলাম পাবার জন্য ব্লগারগণ লিখেন তাদের দুই কারনে লজ্জা পাওয়া উচিত,

১। নিজ দেশের সন্তান পরদেশে আশ্রয় কেন যেতে চায় তাঁর সমাধান না করে হল্লা করে বিবেকের সাথে প্রতাড়না করা হচ্ছে।

২। উদাহরণ স্বরুপ যদি ইউকে’র কথা বলা যায় গত বছর মাত্র ৪% মানুষ এসাইলাম পেয়েছেন। এই ৪% এর মাঝে যুদ্ধ বিদ্ধস্ত আফ্রিকান দেশগুলোর মানুষ বেশি। আমরা যেভাবে রোহিঙ্গাদের রেখেছি ঠিক তেমনি ভাবে ইউরোপের মানের সাথে সামঞ্জস্য রেখে ইউরোপিয়ান দেশ গুলোও এসাইলাম প্রার্থিদের তেমনই রাখে। তাই এসাইলাম নিয়ে রাজা হয়ে যান বা রাজা হবার জন্য এসাইলাম প্রার্থণা কেবল উর্বর মস্তিষ্ক থেকেই আসতে পারে।

হে বঙ্গের জঙ্গি সন্তানেরা তোমরা যদি তোমাদের দাবীতে সৎ হও তবে আসো মূবাহালা করি আর উন্মুক্ত তরবারীতে তৃতীয় অধ্যায়ে যে সকল উন্মাদনার নথি দিয়েছো তাঁর সাথে নিন্মোক্ত নমুনার মিল করে দেখি। আমরা তোমাদের বই থেকেই উদ্বৃত্ব করলাম সেই সব কথা যা তোমরা গোপন করো তোমাদের দ্বীনি ভাইদের থেকে আর তাদের পথভ্রষ্ট করে জেহাদের উন্মাদনায় রক্তের হোলী খেলায় মেতে উঠো যদিও হোলী একটি হিন্দুয়ানী ক্রীড়া বিশেষ।

يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ ٱدۡخُلُواْ فِى ٱلسِّلۡمِ ڪَآفَّةً۬ وَلَا تَتَّبِعُواْ خُطُوَٲتِ ٱلشَّيۡطَـٰنِ‌ۚ إِنَّهُ ۥ لَڪُمۡ عَدُوٌّ۬ مُّبِينٌ۬ (٢٠٨) 

O you who have believed, enter into Islam completely [and perfectly] and do not follow the footsteps of Satan. Indeed, he is to you a clear enemy. ( 02/208 ) 

হে ঈমানদার গন! তোমরা পরিপূর্ণভাবে ইসলামের অন্তর্ভুক্ত হয়ে যাও এবং শয়তানের পদাংক অনুসরণ কর না। নিশ্চিত রূপে সে তোমাদের প্রকাশ্য শত্রু। ( ০২/২০৮ ) 

لَآ إِكۡرَاهَ فِى ٱلدِّينِ‌ۖ قَد تَّبَيَّنَ ٱلرُّشۡدُ مِنَ ٱلۡغَىِّ‌ۚ فَمَن يَكۡفُرۡ بِٱلطَّـٰغُوتِ وَيُؤۡمِنۢ بِٱللَّهِ فَقَدِ ٱسۡتَمۡسَكَ بِٱلۡعُرۡوَةِ ٱلۡوُثۡقَىٰ لَا ٱنفِصَامَ لَهَا‌ۗ وَٱللَّهُ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ (٢٥٦)

there is no compulsion in religion. The right direction is henceforth distinct from error. And he who rejecteth false deities and believeth in Allah hath grasped a firm handhold which will never break. Allah is Hearer, Knower. (02/256)

দ্বীনের ব্যাপারে কোন জবরদস্তি বা বাধ্য-বাধকতা নেই। নিঃসন্দেহে হেদায়াত গোমরাহী থেকে পৃথক হয়ে গেছে। এখন যারা গোমরাহকারী ‘তাগুত’দেরকে মানবে না এবং আল্লাহতে বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করবে, সে ধারণ করে নিয়েছে সুদৃঢ় হাতল যা ভাংবার নয়। আর আল্লাহ সবই শুনেন এবং জানেন।(০২/২৫৬)

إِنَّكَ لَا تَہۡدِى مَنۡ أَحۡبَبۡتَ وَلَـٰكِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَہۡدِى مَن يَشَآءُ‌ۚ وَهُوَ أَعۡلَمُ بِٱلۡمُهۡتَدِينَ (٥٦)

Lo! thou (O Muhammad) guidest not whom thou lovest, but Allah guideth whom He will. And He is best aware of those who walk aright. (28/56)

আপনি যাকে পছন্দ করেন, তাকে সৎপথে আনতে পারবেন না, তবে আল্লাহ তা’আলাই যাকে ইচ্ছা সৎপথে আনয়ন করেন। কে সৎপথে আসবে, সে সম্পর্কে তিনিই ভাল জানেন।(২৮/৫৬)

لَّا يَنۡهَٮٰكُمُ ٱللَّهُ عَنِ ٱلَّذِينَ لَمۡ يُقَـٰتِلُوكُمۡ فِى ٱلدِّينِ وَلَمۡ يُخۡرِجُوكُم مِّن دِيَـٰرِكُمۡ أَن تَبَرُّوهُمۡ وَتُقۡسِطُوٓاْ إِلَيۡہِمۡ‌ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يُحِبُّ ٱلۡمُقۡسِطِينَ (٨)

Allah forbiddeth you not those who warred not against you on account of religion and drove you not out from your homes, that ye should show them kindness and deal justly with them. Lo! Allah loveth the just dealers. (60/8)

ধর্মের ব্যাপারে যারা তোমাদের বিরুদ্ধে লড়াই করেনি এবং তোমাদেরকে দেশ থেকে বহিস্কৃত করেনি, তাদের প্রতি সদাচরণ ও ইনসাফ করতে আল্লাহ তোমাদেরকে নিষেধ করেন না। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ ইনসাফকারীদেরকে ভালবাসেন।(৬০/০৮)

وَأَنزَلۡنَآ إِلَيۡكَ ٱلۡكِتَـٰبَ بِٱلۡحَقِّ مُصَدِّقً۬ا لِّمَا بَيۡنَ يَدَيۡهِ مِنَ ٱلۡڪِتَـٰبِ وَمُهَيۡمِنًا عَلَيۡهِ‌ۖ فَٱحۡڪُم بَيۡنَهُم بِمَآ أَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ‌ۖ وَلَا تَتَّبِعۡ أَهۡوَآءَهُمۡ عَمَّا جَآءَكَ مِنَ ٱلۡحَقِّ‌ۚ لِكُلٍّ۬ جَعَلۡنَا مِنكُمۡ شِرۡعَةً۬ وَمِنۡهَاجً۬ا‌ۚ وَلَوۡ شَآءَ ٱللَّهُ لَجَعَلَڪُمۡ أُمَّةً۬ وَٲحِدَةً۬ وَلَـٰكِن لِّيَبۡلُوَكُمۡ فِى مَآ ءَاتَٮٰكُمۡ‌ۖ فَٱسۡتَبِقُواْ ٱلۡخَيۡرَٲتِ‌ۚ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ مَرۡجِعُڪُمۡ جَمِيعً۬ا فَيُنَبِّئُكُم بِمَا كُنتُمۡ فِيهِ تَخۡتَلِفُونَ (٤٨)

And We have revealed to you, [O Muhammad], the Book in truth, confirming that which preceded it of the Scripture and as a criterion over it. So judge between them by what Allah has revealed and do not follow their inclinations away from what has come to you of the truth. To each of you We prescribed a law and a method. Had Allah willed, He would have made you one nation [united in religion], but [He intended] to test you in what He has given you; so race to [all that is] good. To Allah is your return all together, and He will [then] inform you concerning that over which you used to differ. ( 05/48 ) 

আমি আপনার প্রতি অবতীর্ণ করেছি সত্যগ্রন্থ, যা পূর্ববতী গ্রন্থ সমূহের সত্যায়নকারী এবং সেগুলোর বিষয়বস্তুর রক্ষণাবেক্ষণকারী। অতএব, আপনি তাদের পারস্পারিক ব্যাপারাদিতে আল্লাহ যা অবতীর্ণ করেছেন, তদনুযায়ী ফয়সালা করুন এবং আপনার কাছে যে সৎপথ এসেছে, তা ছেড়ে তাদের প্রবৃত্তির অনুসরণ করবেন না। আমি তোমাদের প্রত্যেককে একটি আইন ও পথ দিয়েছি। যদি আল্লাহ চাইতেন, তবে তোমাদের সবাইকে এক উম্মত করে দিতেন, কিন্তু এরূপ করেননি-যাতে তোমাদেরকে যে ধর্ম দিয়েছেন, তাতে তোমাদের পরীক্ষা নেন। অতএব, দৌড়ে কল্যাণকর বিষয়াদি অর্জন কর। তোমাদের সবাইকে আল্লাহর কাছে প্রত্যাবর্তন করতে হবে। অতঃপর তিনি অবহিত করবেন সে বিষয়, যাতে তোমরা মতবিরোধ করতে।(০৫/৪৮)

وَإِذَا تَوَلَّىٰ سَعَىٰ فِى ٱلۡأَرۡضِ لِيُفۡسِدَ فِيهَا وَيُهۡلِكَ ٱلۡحَرۡثَ وَٱلنَّسۡلَ‌ۗ وَٱللَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ ٱلۡفَسَادَ (٢٠٥)

And when he turneth away (from thee) his effort in the land is to make mischief therein and to destroy the crops and the cattle; and Allah loveth not mischief. (02/205)

যখন ফিরে যায় তখন চেষ্টা করে যাতে সেখানে অকল্যাণ সৃষ্টি করতে পারে এবং শস্যক্ষেত্র ও প্রাণনাশ করতে পারে। আল্লাহ ফাসাদ ও দাঙ্গা-হাঙ্গামা পছন্দ করেন না।(০২/২০৫)

قُلۡ يَـٰٓأَيُّہَا ٱلۡڪَـٰفِرُونَ (١) لَآ أَعۡبُدُ مَا تَعۡبُدُونَ (٢) وَلَآ أَنتُمۡ عَـٰبِدُونَ مَآ أَعۡبُدُ (٣) وَلَآ أَنَا۟ عَابِدٌ۬ مَّا عَبَدتُّمۡ (٤) وَلَآ أَنتُمۡ عَـٰبِدُونَ مَآ أَعۡبُدُ (٥) لَكُمۡ دِينُكُمۡ وَلِىَ دِينِ (٦)

Say: O disbelievers! (1) I worship not that which ye worship; (2) Nor worship ye that which I worship. (3) And I shall not worship that which ye worship. (4) Nor will ye worship that which I worship. (5) Unto you your religion, and unto me my religion. (6) 

chapter-109

(১) বলুন, হে কাফেরকূল,

( ২ ) আমি এবাদত করিনা, তোমরা যার এবাদত কর।

( ৩ ) এবং তোমরাও এবাদতকারী নও, যার এবাদত আমি করি

( ৪ ) এবং আমি এবাদতকারী নই, যার এবাদত তোমরা কর।

( ৫ ) তোমরা এবাদতকারী নও, যার এবাদত আমি করি।

( ৬ ) তোমাদের কর্ম ও কর্মফল তোমাদের জন্যে এবং আমার কর্ম ও কর্মফল আমার জন্যে।

وَقُلِ ٱلۡحَقُّ مِن رَّبِّكُمۡ‌ۖ فَمَن شَآءَ فَلۡيُؤۡمِن وَمَن شَآءَ فَلۡيَكۡفُرۡ‌ۚ إِنَّآ أَعۡتَدۡنَا لِلظَّـٰلِمِينَ نَارًا أَحَاطَ بِہِمۡ سُرَادِقُهَا‌ۚ وَإِن يَسۡتَغِيثُواْ يُغَاثُواْ بِمَآءٍ۬ كَٱلۡمُهۡلِ يَشۡوِى ٱلۡوُجُوهَ‌ۚ بِئۡسَ ٱلشَّرَابُ وَسَآءَتۡ مُرۡتَفَقًا (٢٩)

Say: (It is) the truth from the Lord of you (all). Then whosoever will, let him believe, and whosoever will, let him disbelieve. Lo! We have prepared for disbelievers Fire. Its tent encloseth them. If they ask for showers, they will be showered with water like to molten lead which burneth the faces. Calamitous the drink and ill the resting-place! (18/29)

বলুনঃ সত্য তোমাদের পালনকর্তার পক্ষ থেকে আগত। অতএব, যার ইচ্ছা, বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করুক এবং যার ইচ্ছা অমান্য করুক। আমি জালেমদের জন্যে অগ্নি প্রস্তুত করে রেখেছি, যার বেষ্টনী তাদের কে পরিবেষ্টন করে থাকবে। যদি তারা পানীয় প্রার্থনা করে, তবে পুঁজের ন্যায় পানীয় দেয়া হবে যা তাদের মুখমন্ডল দগ্ধ করবে। কত নিকৃষ্ট পানীয় এবং খুবই মন্দ আশ্রয়।(১৮/২৯)

“Whoever kills a person who has a truce with the Muslims will never smell the fragrance of Paradise.” (Saheeh Muslim)

“Beware! Whoever is cruel and hard on a non-Muslim minority, or curtails their rights, or burdens them with more than they can bear, or takes anything from them against their free will; I (Prophet Muhammad) will complain against the person on the Day of Judgment.” (Abu Dawud)

“This is a message from Muhammad ibn Abdullah, as a covenant to those who adopt Christianity, near and far, we are with them. Verily I, the servants, the helpers, and my followers defend them, because Christians are my citizens; and by God! I hold out against anything that displeases them. No compulsion is to be on them. Neither are their judges to be removed from their jobs nor their monks from their monasteries. No one is to destroy a house of their religion, to damage it, or to carry anything from it to the Muslims’ houses. Should anyone take any of these, he would spoil God’s covenant and disobey His Prophet. Verily, they are my allies and have my secure charter against all that they hate. No one is to force them to travel or to oblige them to fight. The Muslims are to fight for them. If a female Christian is married to a Muslim, it is not to take place without her approval. She is not to be prevented from visiting her church to pray. Their churches are declared to be protected. They are neither to be prevented from repairing them nor the sacredness of their covenants. No one of the nation (Muslims) is to disobey the covenant till the Last Day (end of the world).”[1]

"Religion is very easy and whoever overburdens himself in his religion will not be able to continue in that way. So you should not be extremists, but try to be near to perfection and receive the good tidings that you will be rewarded." Sahih Bukhari, Volume 1, Book 2, Number 38

৩৮। আবদুস সালাম ইবনু মুতাহ্হার (রহঃ) আবূ হুরায়রা (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত, রাসূল সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম ইরশাদ করেনঃ নিশ্চয়ই দ্বীন সহজ-সরল। দ্বীন নিয়ে যে কড়াকড়ি করে দ্বীন তার উপর বিজয়ী হয়। কাজেই তোমরা মধ্যপন্থা অবলম্বন কর এবং (দ্বীনের) নিকটবর্তী থাক, নিয়মিত পুন্যের কাজে পুরষ্কারের সুসংবাদ গ্রহন কর এবং সকাল-সন্ধ্যায় ও রাতের কিছু অংশে (ইবাদতের মাধ্যমে) আল্লাহর সাহায্য প্রার্থনা কর।

the Prophet says: "Whoever covers someone's fault in this world, Allah will cover his faults on Doomsday." Muslim, Birr, 12; Ahmed b. Hanbel, Musned, VI, 145

এরপরও তোমরা নির্লজ্জের মত অস্বীকার করে যাবে যে, চ্যাপ্টার-৯, ভার্স-৬৪,৬৫,৬৬; বুখারী-৩০১৭, ৪০৯৩, ৬৯২২, ১৮৪৬; তিরমিজি-১৪৫৮, ১৬৯৩; আবু দাউদ-২৬৮৭, ২৬৮৫, ৪৩৫৩; নাসায়ী-২৮৬৭, ৪০৭০; মুসলিম-৩৩৭৪; সত্যের অপালাপ কিংবা আমরা যেগুলো উল্লেখ করেছি তা অসত্য ? আর সেই সকল বইয়ের কথা জানতে চাই তোমাদের কাছে যেগুলোর দোহাই দিচ্ছ যাদের লিখা সুনির্দিষ্ট উদ্দেশ্য সাধণ করতে নিজ সুবিধা অনুযায়ী রচিত হয়েছে। জানতে চাই কোনটি জায়েজ বা সহিহ ? কোন ইসলাম বা কোরআনে গলা কেটে, পেছন থেকে ছুড়ি মেরে, মানুষকে পথভ্রষ্ট করে লাখো প্রাণের বিনিময়ের বাংলাদেশকে বেনিয়াদের আড়ত করতে উঠে পড়ে লেগেছ।

চতুর্থ ও পঞ্চম অধ্যায়ে মানুষকে প্রভোক করা আর ধর্মের আফিমে মত্ত করে হায়েনা হয়ে উঠার যে খোলা আহবান রেখেছ তা নিয়ে ধার্মিক দিক আলোচনার কিছু নেই। যেসকল কোরআন বা হাদীসের কথা বলা হয়েছে তাঁর বেশীর ভাগই উপরে জবাব দিয়ে দেয়া হয়েছে। এছাড়াও কিছু অখ্যাত বইয়ের কথা উল্লেখ করা হয়েছে যেগুলোর কোন ক্রেডিটিবিলিটি নেই। আমাদের উদ্দেশ্য ছিলো মুসলমান কিশোর-যূবকদের যারা তাদের ধর্ম অনুসরণ করেন তাদেরকে যেন ধর্মের আফিমে বন্দি না করতে পারে তাঁর জন্য ইসলামে এই বিষয়ে এক্সট্রিমিজম ছাড়া আর কি বলা আছে তা জানানো। সেই সাথে আমরা আশা করি রেশনালি চিন্তা করার সুযোগ পেলে ধর্মগুলোর মাঝে মিষ্টি কথার আড়ালে আর কি কি আছে তা তারা নিজেই জানতে পারবেন। আমরা আনসারুল্লাহদের কাছে জানতে চাই,

জাল হাদীস আর মনগড়া মিথ্যার বেসাতী দিয়ে মানুষ মেরে কোন বেহেশতের কোন কাননের মধুপানে তুমি ছুটছো ? ব্লগারদের সরকার নিরাপত্তা দিতে পারেনা তোমাদের ভয়ে, জনগণ জানতে চায় বছরের পর বছর বাংলাদেশ যে তোমাদের বহন করে চলেছে তাঁর জন্য কি মানুষের উচিত নয় সরকারের কাছে জবাব চাওয়া ? মাদ্রাসা গুলোতে শিশুদের যৌণ হয়রাণী, চরমপন্থা, আর দাশ মানষিকতার মানুষ তৈরীর জন্য কি তোমাদের কাছে জবাব চাওয়া উচিত নয় ?

তুমি লড়তে চাও ? তুমি শহীদ হতে চাও ? তবে মানুষকে শিক্ষা, কাজ করার জন্য লড়ো, শহীদ হও। সারা দুনিয়াকে আইম্মাতুল কুফুর বলে তুমি কেবল ধংষ নিয়ে আসতে পারবে, অন্য কিছু নয়। আমি তোমার চোখে আরেক মুয়াবিয়া, এজিদ দেখি যারা ক্ষমতার জন্য কোরআন নিয়ে লুট করেছে জনতার অধিকার। আমি তোমাদের মাঝে জনতার মতকে গলাটিকে রাজতন্ত্রের হাতিয়ারকে ডানা ছড়াতে দেখি।খেলাফতের রোমান্টিসিজমে আক্রান্ত তোমার চিন্তা-মনন ভুলে গিয়েছে, এই যুগ মানুষের যুগ, মানুষের অধিকারের যুগ তাই যুগের হাওয়াকে আকড়ে ধরার আহবান জানাই তোমায়।

১৪০০ বছর আগের যে কোরআন দিয়ে এবং চেরিপিক করা ভার্স আর উন্মুক্ত তরবারি হাকিয়ে দুনিয়া শাষণের স্বপন দেখছো তা হবার নয়। তোমার ইজতিহাদে ভুল রয়েছে, মারাত্মক ভুল।

উসুলে তাকফির করার অধিকার তোমায় কে দিয়েছে ? মানুষকে তুলনা করা, বিচার করার অধিকার কিসের ভিত্তিতে তোমার করতলে আসে ?

মনে রেখ, ধর্ম নিয়ে বাড়াবাড়ি কল্যাণকর হবে না, এই এক দুধারী তলোয়ারের খেলা...রক্ত বইবে পদ্মা থেকে আরব সাগর কিন্তু মুক্তি পাবেনা।
